We carried out an appraisal of this 1960’s primary school and developed a phased development approach that would provide accommodation adequate for what would be expected of a 21st century school. As a result of this analysis, funding was secured to develop the first 2 phases, extending the usable teaching accommodation for the foundation phase and providing adequate external covered teaching areas.
